Approach

A 16-week learning journey blending live projects, deep research, and weekly remote check-ins

We partnered with HP to design the Mastery Program—a high-engagement learning experience for a handpicked cohort of 8-9 professionals from diverse roles and global locations.

The goal: Equip them to apply Design Thinking x Behavioural Science to a live business challenge.

Each week, layered concepts with hands-on application:

  • Design research and as-is mapping helped participants uncover root causes behind customer support inefficiencies. What looked like a tech issue was often a trust, clarity, or habit gap.
  • Behavioural insight synthesis revealed gaps in perception, decision fatigue, and customer handoff moments. Redesigning expectations was as important as redesigning processes.
  • Lateral ideation and prototyping unlocked fresh solution directions, backed by real user inputs.
  • Testing and iteration helped teams validate assumptions, adapt fast, and present only what truly works.

The program culminated in an Innovation Showcase, where the cohort presented their final solutions and roadmap to senior leadership—grounded in insight, not just opinion.

Key Strategic Lever

Output

  • One high-impact business challenge solved — with the potential to directly reduce support load and improve customer experience at scale
  • 14 actionable solutions created — ranging from journey redesigns to behavioural nudges, with 2–3 ideas greenlit by HP leadership for immediate piloting.
  • A cohort of certified innovation champions — now applying Design Thinking in daily decisions, influencing cross-functional teams, and earning recognition (and promotions) for driving meaningful change.
